Delivering Projects

iGAS have a well-established and structured system to enable the effective delivery of projects: iProject is ISO9001 and CDM compliant and is continuously being reviewed and improved.

It provides the road map that all projects follow and is structured with appropriate documents and templates, allowing the Project Director and Project Manager to include the relevant sections for each project.

For every project a Project Team is allocated including:

• Project Director
• Project Manager
• Project Engineer(s)
• Design Engineer(s)
• Administrator(s)

A Team Roles (and Competency) document is generated at the beginning of a project (if applicable) and is distributed to you, the Client, ensuring that you have all the contact details of those involved with the project.

The Project Team will utilise the engineering capabilities of iGAS that are required by the project scope. The engineering capabilities include:
